MyMaine Adventure Maternity sessions are designed to feel like an adventure, even if you’d rather skip the strenuous hiking and longer outdoor adventure.
I’ve carefully chosen locations that offer stunning, iconic backdrops - coastal cliffs, misty forests, rambling rivers, lighthouse ledges, and mountain overlooks - while prioritizing accessibility and ease of access.
Each location is selected with safety and comfort in mind, ensuring you can relax and savor the moment while we capture this moment in your story.

This service is included with all birth packages but can also be purchased on it’s own if you are not also interested in birth photography or doula support.
If you decide after working with me for your maternity session that you actually would like to have me at your birth either as a fly on the wall birth photographer or through my Sisterhood Package (birth photographer & doula) - depending on my availability, you may be able to upgrade to a birth package!

When you’re planning a home birth - and have chosen one of the birth packages - you’ll get a mini “bonus” maternity photo session at the 37 week home visit!
If you’re new to home birth - at around 37 weeks your midwife will schedule an appointment at your home ( if you’ve been meeting throughout your pregnancy at an office). This is a great opportunity for me to come along and also walk through your home during the day - since after all, it may be the middle of the night when I arrive for your birth. This is a perfect time for everyone who you are planning to have at your birth to meet each other.
I’ve found that this is also a perfect time to take some documentary style photo’s at the end of the visit when your midwife is checking in on your baby and your family is bonding in anticipation and excitement of whats to come next.
